All of our prices exclude VAT. VAT will then be charged when applicable in keeping with current VAT regulations.
All orders must be pay for to be confirmed. Family Cake Company will process the payment with the information provided by the client, in case of insufficient funds the order will be canceled and Family Cake Company will take no responsibility for any penalties made by the Bank. Cash, cheque or credit card payments are accepted. You can apply for a credit account by e mailing email@example.com or by calling the sales hotline on 020 7619 7793. Following a successful application the payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice.
Family Cake Company will deliver in the time and address agreed with the customer on the invoice. If Family Cake Company can't deliver because there is no one to receive the product or the address provided is wrong, the product will return to 20 Tile Yard Road and will be held for a maximum time of 24 hours. Any new delivery arrangements this cause can be done with the Family Cake Company Delivery Charge.
Orders can be placed by phone from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm or online. If you would like to meet to discuss your requirements in more detail we would be happy to do so. We understand that sometimes there will be a need to cancel an order. If you need to cancel we require as much notice as possible, preferably 24 hours. If we already have stock for your order or started any preparation and therefore are unable to cancel you will be subject to the full charge.
